Do I need to install anything?
DukanLens works in a browser with an internet connection. We’ll help check your device and printing setup before you begin.
Can I keep my current process while trying it?
Yes. Keep your current process while we help you explore DukanLens and prepare your setup.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Contact us when your shop needs different features or staff access. We’ll confirm the plan and any pricing changes with you.
Can other shops see my data?
Your shop’s users have access according to their roles. Unrelated shops cannot access your data. Multi-outlet reporting requires approved access to the participating shops.
Does DukanLens file my GST returns?
No. Growth and Pro include GSTR-1 exports for you or your CA to review and use for filing. DukanLens does not submit returns for you.
When can I get support?
